Personal Identification Number
In connection with your order, Paypal, Shopify Payment uses your personal identification number to check your credit status and your address.
Prices
All prices in the webshop are stated in euros. The total amount for your purchase (including postage/shipping, VAT, and packaging) will be displayed before you complete your order.
Shipping
The standard price for shipping and packaging is currently 99 euros (including VAT) - regardless of the size of the order and where the order is to be shipped. This amount includes packaging and wrapping costs as well as postage or shipping.
Our terms:
Products returned must not have been used, the packaging must be unopened and undamaged, and all labels must be intact. The customer returning the goods pays for the return shipping of the returned goods, while we cover the shipping costs for any new products.
If the customer does not collect the packages on time, they will be returned to European Pet Pharmacy, and the customer will be charged 150 euros as compensation for shipping, handling, and other costs.
Payment
1) CARD = payment with VISA or MasterCard via Paypal
Card payments are made on a secure bank transaction server. Paypal's payment system encrypts all card information via SSL technology, so you can feel confident that no one can trace your card number, neither at the time of payment nor in the future. The webshop www.norskedyreaptoeket.no does not store your card number or details of your card payment.
If you are a first-time customer with us, we recommend choosing CARD as the payment method.
Reservations for inventory errors
We reserve the right that there may sometimes be situations where an item available for sale in the webshop is out of stock in the warehouse and cannot be delivered. In such cases, you will be contacted by email with an offer of an alternative product. If we cannot offer satisfactory alternatives, we will cancel the order through Mastercard (Paypal, Shopify Payment..)
2) Advance payment/invoice
The goods are shipped when the issued invoice (via email) is paid in full.
Dispatch
We have a short dispatch time for orders - normally 3-4 business days. We strive to provide good service and usually have all products in stock unless our suppliers are out of stock. In that case, you will receive an email notification that the product/products are out of stock as well as the expected delivery time, provided we have available information from the supplier about this.
We reserve the right to cancel an order, or part of it, if the supplier is permanently out of stock or if the supplier suddenly changes its product range.
As a buyer, you also have a corresponding right to cancel an order, or part of it, if we cannot deliver one or more products.
Delivery
The products are shipped with Postnord/DHL (depending on the size and value of the order). If the package is too large for your mailbox or if your mailbox is full, you will receive a notification from the postal service. In that case, you must collect the package at the post office or a postal outlet.
Product Inspection
Upon receiving the product/products, we recommend that you check if they correspond to your order, if they have been damaged during transport, or if they are otherwise defective. If the product/products do not correspond to your order or are defective, you must notify us as soon as possible (see the Complaints section).
Complaints
We follow the Consumer Sales Act. This means that if a product or several products that you have ordered from us are incorrect or defective, you can either demand a replacement, a price reduction, or cancel the purchase. To make a complaint, we must be notified within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect. Right of withdrawal
We follow the Right of Withdrawal Act. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product/products, provided that it/they are unopened (undamaged packaging). You must inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. The deadline is considered to be observed if the notification is sent before the deadline expires (i.e., 14 days after receipt). There are no formal requirements for the notification, but for evidential reasons, it should be in writing. Returned products must be sent as regular mail or parcel post (not cash on delivery). You pay the return shipping yourself.
If you have already paid for the product/products (by card payment or prepayment/cash on delivery), we will refund the amount to you when we have received the product/products returned.
Use of the products
Quality is the most important criterion when we select products for our range. We do not take responsibility for incorrect use of the products. We recommend that you follow the recommendations/dosage instructions on the products.
Discount codes
If you have a discount code, enter it on the "checkout page". Discount codes cannot be combined with each other. If you are a member of the breeding club, you cannot use discount codes. European Pet Pharmacy reserves the right to printing errors in discount codes.
Reservations
Should a situation arise that makes it impossible for the European Pet Pharmacy webshop to fulfill its obligations under this agreement, and which, according to applicable commercial law, is considered force majeure, the obligations of the affected party cease for as long as the extraordinary situation persists.
Force majeure includes, for example:
- Changes in laws or interventions by public authorities
- Labor disputes/strikes/lockouts
- War/uprising
- Fire/explosion
The same applies in the event of sudden changes in requirements for product labeling, warning texts, sales bans, or decisions by authorities that negatively affect the market and the products, or an unusually sharp decline in the market.
Subscriptions
If you choose to subscribe to add-ons, there are no commitment periods. There are no extra charges, and shipping costs are added. If the price of the add-on you subscribe to is lowered or raised, the price of your subscription will also change. You can pause, postpone, or advance your subscription, but you must do so at least 5 days before the next shipment. If purchases are rejected after 3 repeated shipments, your subscription will be automatically paused. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel, pause, or skip their order. The customer is responsible for their account.

In this policy, European Pet Pharmacy would like to emphasize that we do not have any “try before you buy” products. So this point does not apply.
Conflict Resolution
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. As a buyer, you can contact the Consumer Council for assistance in any dispute with us. If an amicable solution is not reached after mediation by the Consumer Council, the parties may request in writing that the Consumer Council refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. Decisions of the Consumer Disputes Board are binding four weeks after they have been communicated. Before the decision becomes legally binding, the parties may, by submitting a summons to the Consumer Disputes Board, bring the decision before the District Court (see: Act of 28 April 1978 No. 18 on the resolution of consumer disputes).
